At Buggabrite, each item is made especially for you. Because our products are created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Eligible Issues

Please contact us if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Email support@buggabrite.com

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll take care of the rest.

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Personal preference

  • Normal wear and tear
